We stand behind the quality of our guides. If you are not satisfied, we would rather refund you than have a student working from a resource that is not serving them well.

What is covered by the guarantee

• All individual study guides (£9–£22)
• All bundle purchases (£25–£150)
• All GPT tools purchased through Gumroad (subject to the same 14-day window)
• Monthly membership (first month only — see membership refund terms below)

How to request a refund

Email us at [hello@yoursite.co.uk] within 14 days of your purchase date. Include:

• Your name and the email address used to purchase
• The product or bundle you purchased
• A brief note about why the guide wasn’t right (optional but helpful for us)

We process refunds within 3–5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You may be asked to delete downloaded copies of the guides as a condition of the refund.

Membership refund terms

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

First month guarantee

If you join the membership and find it is not right for you within the first 14 days, we will refund your first month’s payment in full. Contact us at [hello@yoursite.co.uk] within 14 days of your first payment.

Downloaded content

Content downloaded during your membership period is yours to keep even after cancellation or refund. We cannot recover digital files once downloaded.

GPT tools — Gumroad purchases

GPT tools purchased through Gumroad are covered by our 14-day guarantee. Because GPT tools are accessed immediately on purchase (as a link to OpenAI’s platform), we ask that you contact us within 14 days if the tool is not working as described or is not suitable for your needs.

Refunds for GPT tools are at our discretion where the tool has been used extensively. We will always refund where a tool is not functioning as advertised.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following circumstances:

• Refund requested more than 14 days after purchase
• Evidence that the product has been shared with or distributed to third parties
• The customer has previously received a refund on the same product
• Membership months beyond the first 14 days where content has been downloaded

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights

This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days unless you have already downloaded or accessed the digital content and agreed to waive your cancellation right.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless of whether you have downloaded the content, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.
