Yes. Cancel anytime from your account page — no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. You keep everything you have already downloaded.

Do I keep the guides if I cancel?

Yes. All downloaded guides are yours to keep permanently regardless of membership status. You lose access to the members-only online library, but everything already downloaded remains yours to print, annotate, and use.

What is marked, and how quickly?

Standard + Marking members can submit one GCSE English essay per month — Literature or Language. Marked essays are returned within 5 working days with written commentary covering argument, evidence use, language analysis, and specific suggestions for improvement.

When is new content released?

New monthly content is released on the first of each month. Month 1 content is available immediately when you join. The 24-month programme runs from Month 1 regardless of when you join — you do not need to start in September.

Is this suitable for Year 10 students?

Yes. The 24-month programme is designed to work from the beginning of Year 10 through to exams at the end of Year 11. Students joining in Year 10 will work through Phases 1 and 2 before Year 11 begins, putting them significantly ahead when the exam year starts.

Are the individual product guides included?

Individual guides (study guides, skills guides) are not automatically included — they are available to members at a discounted price using your member coupon code at checkout. The membership delivers its own exclusive monthly content following the structured programme.
